ABOUT INTERCONTINENTAL RESEARCH CONSORTIUM

Intercontinental Research Consortium publishes original manuscripts on management and organizational research covering all fields of management including, but not limited to business ethics, business strategy, entrepreneurship & innovation, information systems, international business, marketing, organization studies & general management as well as supply chain & operations management. Intercontinental Research Consortium aims to present the latest thinking and research on major management topics in form of articles that meet high academic quality standards. Intercontinental Research Consortium takes a broad view of business and management and encourages submissions from other disciplines if they contribute significantly to problems considered by managers and researchers. The Intercontinental Research Consortium is a peer-reviewed journal, with a "double-blind" procedure. The Intercontinental Research Consortium publishes 12 issues a year. Most articles are full length research papers but Review Papers and Research Notes are welcome. Special Issues or groups of 3 or 4 papers (Management Focus) are published under the direction of Guest Editors. Intercontinental Research Consortium welcomes submissions up to 45 pages for full length research papers and 25 pages for research notes, including all tables, figures, references and appendices. Manuscripts that are suitable for publication in Intercontinental Research Consortium cover domains such as business strategy and policy, entrepreneurship, human resource management, organizational behavior, organizational theory, and research methods.

Intercontinental Journal of Banking, Insurance and Finance

The purpose of Intercontinental Journal of Banking, Insurance and Finance is to provide an outlet for original research in all areas of finance and its applications to other disciplines having a clear and substantive link to the general theme of finance. In particular, innovative research papers of moderate length of the highest quality in all scientific areas that are motivated by the analysis of financial problems will be considered. Intercontinental Journal of Human Resource Management is a monthly journal devoted to the publication of scholarly conceptual/theoretical1 articles pertaining to human resource management and allied fields like organizational behavior, industrial/organizational psychology, labor relations. Subject areas considered appropriate include, but are not limited to, personnel selection, compensation, performance appraisal, attraction and retention, training and development, human resource applications of computer technology, and human resource planning.
